This is especially important as I had heard a number of horror stories about other firms being extremely available up until the point of collection and then disappearing once invoices were paid. The other thing I really appreciated was the ability to derive certainty of costs. I spent a lot of time researching other providers and found very opaque fee structures. So when their headline prices appeared cheaper it became very clear there were hidden costs that were to be added on. Once your things have been collected you essentially have no choice on this so full disclosure on costs is important.
